"Molasses Roshogolla"

Ingredients need to make Molasses Roshogolla:
1 liter of liquid milk
1 teaspoon of vinegar
2 cups of patali molasses
1 cup of sugar
4 cups of water.

Preparation of molasses roshogolla:
At first, heat the milk and after having a boil stop the stove, after a minute put vinegar for making chana,now strain the chana on the muslin cloth. Leave the cloth for a while that it can strain all the water. Now take the chana start to smooth it, you will have to mash the chana with your palm for long time. Now divide it into 10 sections. Make a syrup with molasses, water and sugar, first mix all in a large pot, boil it until it get a little heavy, now put the chana balls and cover it for 10 minute on high and then 10 minute on medium heat, when you see your sweets get doubled your molassas roshogolla is ready.
