Chicken leg kebab:

Ingredient need to make chicken leg barbecue:
Chicken leg 4
Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1/2 table spoon
Hot spices (roasted) 1/2 table spoon
Curry powder 1/2 table spoon
Cornflower 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken stock 1 cup
Flour 1 teaspoon
Eggs 1
Soya sauce 1 table spoon
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
Chopped green chillies 1 tea spoon
Sunflower oil 1 cup.

How to make chicken leg kebab:
First let the chicken leg boil in the chicken stock with ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, soy sauce, hot spicy garlic and salt for 7/8 minutes, then remove the chicken legs from the water. Now prepare the mixture of kebab, mix flour, cornflower, paprika, and all the dried ingredients in salt, then splatter one egg. Then put the chicken leg in splatter egg at the first and then dry it on the dry mixture and fry it on heat oil, in the medium heat. Sprinkle the finely chopped green chillies and serve hot.
