Ingredients need to make Cocunut chips with jaggery:
Coconut 1
Molasses 1/2 cup.
Preparation of making coconut chips with molasses:
Take the coconut sliced from the whole coconut with a thin slice, cut it into the desired size. Now in a nonstick frying pan, fry the coconut slices for a long time, stirring constantly, add molasses evenly, keep stiring till all coconut chips get dry. After get cool you can store these for whole year.
